Giving away free stuff to cool people on YouTube!

You are required to fill out the simple little form below otherwise you wont be able to enter the contest. Once you filled out the form below you can then enter your YOUTUBE username on (Step 2.) Once you entered you YOUTUBE username click SUBMIT. Once you have done that you will automatically be added to my database. After i get 1000 people to submit their Usernames i will use a random number generating program that will automatically generate a number between 1 and 1000. I will use the number that it generates to select a winner. For example if the program generates the number 333 i will look at my database of username submissions and find the 333'rd submitter he/she will be the winner. I will make a video of me choosing the winner to prove its not rigged. I will make a video stating the winner and then contact him/her. The winner will then have to provide me with a shipping address i will ship the prize immediatly. The winner will be required to take a Picture or video of them with the prize and the sheet of paper with THEGIFTSGUY.COM logo to prove that they really got the prize from me. The winner will be required to send in a photo or video of him/her with the prize along with the printout that comes with the package to prove that they really did get the prize from me.
